The Client understands that the role of the Coach is not to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. Rather, the Coach is a mentor and guide who has been trained in holistic health coaching and functional diagnostic nutrition practices to help clients reach their own health goals by helping clients devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. As a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, the Coach obtains a set of laboratory test results from a certified laboratory in the United States and provides Client with a nutritional interpretation of those results that the Client can use exclusively as an educational tool for personal health purposes.

The Coach may provide you with information relating to products that she believes might benefit the Client, but such information is not to be taken as an endorsement or recommendation. If the Client is under the care of a healthcare professional or currently uses prescription medications, the Client should discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplements use with his or her doctor, and should not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting his or her doctor.
